ANDREA ABBATELLI
Humaps founding partner and Kiai Partner, is organization advisor Business trainer and coach. Past Director HR, IT and general services in multinational pharmaceutical companies, he experienced and had a direct involvement in M&A, spin-off and strategic turnarounds. Coordinated a number of organizational projects, including reorganizations and process improvement, Managerial improvement and sales efficacy improvement in different sectors (ICT, Banking, Industrial, Retail services, Pharma). He teaches HR Management and Project Management at the SUPSI (Swiss Italian Professional University School), former teacher in Training Sciences at the University of L’ Aquila, Italy. He is graduated counsellor at the Transactional School Berne, Milan.
MARCO BESANA
HuMaps founding partner, Psychologist and Psychotherapist. Specialised in work psychology and marketing & communication psychology. Insight and Research Senior manager, expert in quantitative and qualitative research methods. He has deep experience in business research, organizational climate assessment, analysis of needs, welfare, corporate culture, trend analysis. He develops innovative models to support strategic marketing as well as external and internal communication. He is active in research for the creation and support of innovative tools for testing new products and services both in B2B and B2C environments. A passion in research and innovation methodologies, he actively scouts new tools and methodologies supported by digital technologies. He actively practices coaching and mental training based on the original methodology of Mental Visual Coaching
MICHELE GENOVESI
Humaps Founding partner, Business and Administration Master Degree and specialization courses in General Management, Supply Chain, Marketing. Held lectures at Bocconi, Luiss, USI on change management, strategy, marketing. Starts his career at Boehringer Ingelheim Italy as Country Controller, then Directors Supply Chain, moves to the German corporate headquarters where he is the finance responsible for M&A global licensing and partnership, then in Switzerland as CFO and then CEO of the Boehringer Swiss subsidiary Pharmaton. In his career he has successfully managed company strategic turnarounds, Spin-off, mergers and acquisitions, international partnerships. He currently works in entrepreneurial and start up projects in the health sector.
ELIANA STEFANONI
Humap founding partner and KIAI partner, certified counsellor and coach, she sets and realizes both individual and team development programs, aimed to the development of the persons and their professional and personal skills. She has developed a number of projects aimed to the mapping and the development of skills of managers and entrepreneurs in international companies. Specialized in coaching aimed to facilitate change and relational and behavioural empowerment. She teaches Business Coaching and management of the emotions at the Swiss Italian Professional University. Co-author of the book “Counselling good practices” Franco Angeli and of the essay “Multiculturality, creativity and competitive advantage: Operational tools for cross-cultural management”, BRIEF.
